After receipt of your bookingform you will recieve a confirmation by mail.
For a campingplace the rent will be paid in Poland.
The campingspots are available from 13.00 hour on the starting day of the booked period.
Without notification from you this spot will stay reserved for the next 24 hours.
After this period we are entitled to rent the space to somebody else.
On departure the place needs to be left before 12.00 in a clean state.

Boarding house
The cost of reservation is €10,- and needs to be paid in advance, when you send your completed
bookingform. The money must be transferred to bankaccountno.:
394397797 (Rabo Bank in the Netherlands) att. M. Glashouwer regarding Poland.

After receipt of your bookingform you will receive a confirmation by mail and the bill.
As downpayment you must pay 1/3 of the total amount within 2 weeks.

The payment of the rest must be received by us 8 weeks before your arrival.
If the right ammount has not been received in time, then without notification the reservation is canceled by us.

Cancelations.
These must be done in writing by mail and will be handled in the following way:

Upto 5 weeks before the booked period we charge 50 % of the total sum.
Upto 3 weeks before the booked period we charge 75 % of the total sum.
Upto 1 week before the booked period we charge 100 % of the total sum.

The money will be transferred back to your account within 4 weeks.
Your room is available at 13.00 hour on the first day of your booked period.
On the last of your booked period the room must be left at 12.00 hour.
Without notification from you this spot will stay reserved for the next 48 hours.
After this period we are entitled to rent the space to somebody else.

Short notice bookings need to be done via telephone. Payment must be done cash on arrival, including payment of the €10,- for the reservation.

In case of emergency you can always call us and discuss an acceptable solution for both parties.

• For the boarding guests the breakfast starts at 8.30 and ends at 9.30.
• Dinner will be served for the boarding guests at 18:30.
• The rooms are cleaned twice a week. The beds (blankets and sheets) are also cleaned once per week. Towels are not provided..
• Between 23.00 hour and 07.00 hour it is nightrest, so please take consideration with those who are alreade asleep..
• Also at other times take consideration with each other. Play music and have conversations within your own hearing distance..
• Fire is allowed only at the fire places and not when there is a lot of wind. When in doubt, please consult us.
• Smoking is not allowed at the stables. Take care when smoking on the premises in case of drought.
• The horses only eat hay. Please do not fead them other food.
• Aan de kampeerders het verzoek zo min mogelijk over de velden te rijden en bij natte grond de auto’s bij de boerderij parkeren.
• Children are not allowed to play in the barns and near the wells for their own safety.
• A binder with touristinformation is available.
• The village shop is openend daily.
• Campers, please dispose of garbage with closed platic bags in the disposalcontainers.
• Shower and toilet are downstairs in the farmhouse.
